Our Pilates 101 is the place to start! You get an understanding of the reformer, our movement principles, and a thorough workout!
Pilates for All is the next step. From there, ask your teacher before your regularly scheduled Pilates for All class if you're ready to level up to Pilates 1-2 (please note, Pilates 1-2, 2, 2+, and Butts & Guts 2 all require teacher approval so we can keep you safe as we build those strong foundations).
We're UPSTAIRS at 218 East Main Street. We're located just above the new Fare Game restaurant. Please note, the entrance is around back!!
Parking is available behind the building, on the street in front, or in the public parking area about a block away (this is a great warm up for your class!!). Please note: do not park in the Clayton Mart parking lot as you may be towed.
Come comfortably dressed and ready to move!
Please note: we do multiple moves with the legs either up or open. Be considerate of your teacher and fellow students by wearing leggings, bike shorts, or boxer briefs.
We do not require socks, but you're welcome to bring grippy socks. Some folks also choose to bring a bottle of water.
We require a 12-hour notice for class cancellations so folks from the waitlist can join class. If you cancel less than 12 hours before the class, you will lose that class.
While we know what a great workout Pilates is for moms, unfortunately, we are unable to provide childcare at either location. Please note: as sweet and well mannered as your little one may be, our insurance policy also doesn't allow for your little ones to simply hang out while you workout. Thanks so much for understanding!

Take ALL the precautions.
Be STRONG now. I firmly believe that a big part of why they're both still here is because they were physically active before they sick.
BREATHE. Learn to breathe deeper than you ever have before. Pilates breathing is a learned skill and one I was able to teach my Mom via Zoom. She has very firm beliefs on how much it helped her and is willing to share them with those who reach out to her.
