Starting February 1, Moxie will be updating our class cancellation policy to 24 hours, aligning us with industry standards.
This change helps us offer fair and equal access to classes for everyone. We appreciate your understanding and continued support.

If on the waitlist and spot opens more than 6 hours before class, you’ll be automatically added.
If your plans change, please remove yourself.
If a spot opens within 6 hours of class, you’ll be prompted to accept or decline. If you’re on waitlist without any credits, you have to purchase more to be added to the class.

We are so excited to announce the opening of our second location
(click here for location and entrance info)!
Clayton...thanks so much for such a warm welcome!
Please note: Our entrance is around the BACK of 218 East Main Street (right upstairs from the new FareGame).
The response that the community has given to Moxie's brand of strengthening and empowering Pilates has been overwhelming.
We are proud to offer multiple options for Pilates 101 and Pilates for All classes. Please click on the "Schedule and Booking" at the top of the page (click the three lines at the top if you're on your mobile device) and find a class that works for you.
Clayton is such a vibrant, growing city and it has been underserved by the Pilates community. Well, we are here to help! No more having to commute just find what we do best--
strength, mobility, empowerment.

At Moxie, we believe that Pilates is for all types of bodies, regardless of size, shape, color, or gender. We pride ourselves in being welcoming and teaching movement that's low impact, core strengthening and muscle toning to every BODY!
Strength + mobility are our founding principles.
At Moxie, we believe that Pilates and barre are for every SINGLE type of body. As someone who has lost 138 pounds through diet and exercise, I understand that getting healthy is one the hardest challenges a person can take on.
When we work together, our goal will be to help you overcome obstacles and reach your goals. Healthy movement benefits all people and we will work to find any modifications you may need to find the strength and resilience that pilates creates.

I understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and often times ends in frustration. My goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes apart of who you are and your lifestyle. I strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle.

I was never athletic growing up. Outdoorsy, yes, but there were no sports scholarships being won here.
Movement was the way I found to help me overcome the powerlessness that engulfed me after gaining over a hundred pounds. My children were starting to play and explore life without me. Rather than sink into the depression that threatened to overwhelm me, I moved. I reached out to compassionate “movement” friends who rallied around me with kindness, encouragement, and motivation.
Through that journey, I became strong enough to participate in life again rather than be a bystander.
I had less pain, more freedom, and I began to put trust in my own body.
I was ready to jump into the adventure of life.
I am a teacher of movement and an empowerment educator so I can help others find their own inner strength. Together, we strengthen so much more than muscles. We discover a life with less pain, more play, and more choice.
Our adventures, our interactions with family, friends and those we hold dear -- that's what makes life rich and meaningful. I teach movement with that same combination of compassion, encouragement, and motivation so you can embrace life and engage with it to the fullest.
